Diana Hippler – Paralegal

Diana, with 31 years of family law experience, is our most senior paralegal, having been with the firm since 2014. She is relied on by clients as a welcoming and comforting presence throughout their representation by this office. Not only is she a sincere listening ear, but she has special expertise in running alimony and child support guidelines. She also helps with the drafting of our petitions, settlement agreements and related pleadings. In interacting with clients of The Aikin Family Law Group, Diana intuitively balances professionalism and warmth. She has a gut sense for the ideal pace and timing of cases, gently nudging clients to the finish line.

Dania La Rosa-Paez – Legal Assistant

Dania is your first point of contact whether by phone or as the first face you see when you come through our front door. Clients, attorneys, mental health and financial professionals all universally describe Dania as a breath of fresh air with a kind spirit and ready smile, abounding with compassion. Dania is bilingual and, with fifteen years of experience with The Aikin Family Law Group, does a wonderful job helping you orient to our practice, answering any questions you may have with patience, care and concern. She is also the master at helping us devise state-of- the-art forms and she maintains our client records with confidentiality and care.

Gail Flowers – Billing & Office Administrator

Gail wears two hats, both bookkeeper and office administrator. Gail is your go-to person to answer all of your billing and fee questions and is responsible for the client bills going out timely every month. Since we all pitch in to help one another, she may answer your phone call as back up to Dania occasionally. In the office administrator role, Gail assists us with firm workflow and updating policies and procedures.
